Maureen Edwards is an Australian actress, who remains best known for her role as Matron Rosemary Prior in the television series A Country Practice.

She also had a recurring role in Prisoner as prison officer Sue Bailey, another recurring role in Shortland Street as hospital CEO Dr. Patricia Hewitt from 2001–02 and played Marcia Taylor and Ruby Dwyer in Neighbours in 1985 and 2003, respectively.
